Payment

We accept most major credit cards, debit cards and cash. Prior to your departure from the Hotel, you will be required to settle your bill which will be the balance due for the rooms and any extras incurred during your stay. If your bill is not settled prior to departure, the Hotel reserves the right, and you grant permission for the Hotel to charge any balance due to the card used to make the booking.

Check in / Check out

Check in time is from 15.00hrs – 23.59hrs. Guests delayed during travel or plan on arriving outside of these times, must contact the hotel so that arrangements can be made.
Check out time is 11.00 hrs
Baggage can be stored on site and you can use the Hotel facilities if you arrive early.

Flexible Rate Terms and Conditions

Your credit card details will be used to guarantee your booking.

Should you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know by 7 days prior to 3PM local time day of arrival, so as to avoid our cancellation charges. In case of late cancellation or no-show, the full room price will be charged.

Bookings Of 6 Rooms Or More
When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements will apply. Any bookings made for more than 6 rooms via our website will be held provisionally until the group terms are agreed and our contract signed. We reserve the right to cancel group bookings of 6 rooms or more made on the transient rates available through our website.

Please be advised that bookings made on advanced purchase rates are non-refundable and non-transferable.
